You can cancel your order at any time before the item has been packed or dispatched by our warehouse. If the order has been dispatched and you still wish to cancel the order, we will arrange for the item to be returned and provide you with a refund less a 20 EUR shipping fee.

We aim to deliver within 3 business days in Europe and 5 business days in rest of the world. Delays might occur take longer due to warehouse or carrier backlogs.

Yes, duties and custom fees are included (only customers in Russia will have to pay import duties upon receival of their order). Should you somehow still get a payment inquiry please contact our support staff and we will reimburse you.

Shipping is included in all orders over 99 EUR. Orders below this amount will be charged 10 € shipping.

We use UPS, DHL or Evri depending on the destination of the delivery.

Sometimes customs mistakenly think Sleepytroll contains lithium batteries (which are considered dangerous goods) and will return the shipment. In these rare occasions we will contact you and resend the package.
Please also make sure that your address and contact information is correctly written as the carriers will refuse deliveries to an address that is not registered to your name.

If there is anything missing from your order we require you to immediately notify our support team
and take a photograph of the content as they were presented to you.

Firstly, you can try reset by pushing the + and – button for 5 seconds until they blink. If this does not work you can submit a request to our support team.

Please include the LOT number (found on the bottom of your Sleepytroll), a description of the issue, a video and/or photo showing the issue and information on when and where it was purchased.

Please note that all reclaims need to be directed to the shop where
the product is purchased.

The battery life of Sleepytroll will be shorter when used in cold weather, and will also, like other electronical products, be somewhat reduced with long-term use. If your Sleepytroll has a green light after charging for less than 2 hours, please leave it in the charger for 2 full hours.

When you purchase a Sleepytroll from our website you will automatically have a 30-day return option for your
Sleepytroll (and accessories from the same order). This way you will have time to test if our Sleepytroll works wonders for your little one.

 We will deduct a return fee of 20 Euros / 20 USD / 20 GBP / from your refund to cover (a portion) of the return shipping cost.  

When returning, the products and packaging must be returned in a state not beyond what is necessary to check/test the type and properties of the product. We ask that items are returned clean, with its original packaging and accessories. 

If you decide to return the Sleepytroll you will have to contact our support team within 30 days of the delivery date. Please let us know the reason for returning and we will send you a return label.

We recommend taking photos of the products before shipping in case the product is damaged in transport.

The Gen 2 is compatible with a USB-C cable, which is widely available at most electronics retailers. If you need a replacement charger for the original version (black and blue), please submit a request here

Sleepytroll is a wonderful sleeping aid, but it does not work on all babies. Does your baby like being in the stroller or crib, and like being rocked? Then chances are it will work wonders! Keep in mind that we have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee should your baby somehow not be seduced by our rocking motions 😉

The Sleepytroll should always be mounted vertically, as mounting it in any other ways will put excessive pressure on the motor and void the legal guarantee.

It is also important to tighten the strap, as the stroller/car seat/crib should be moving, not the Sleepytroll.

Close charger port when charging is finished. Sleepytroll can be used in temperatures from -10C/14F
to 35C/95F. Please read the manual for information on the correct
storage when storing over time.

Bed Rocker Feet works on cribs with wooden legs that are not heavier than 22kg/48,5lbs (excluding the weight of mattress, beddings, and baby).

You would need to drill 3mm holes in the wooden legs. Please see our tutorial here

Is your baby’s bed already rockable by hand? Then you might not need the Bed Rocker Feet. Is there somewhere to add the Sleepytroll vertically (important!) on the bed? Then you might not need the Bed Adapter. However, if you are not able to rock the bed by hand and there is nowhere to hang Sleepytroll vertically on the bed you would need both.

When not in use, remove the charger from the wall and store the product in a dry place out of direct sunlight and out of reach of children.

When storing the product for long periods, be sure to charge at least twice a year to prevent deterioration in performance due to self-discharging and choose a storage area where the temperature is between +10ºC and +30ºC. Clean the product with a cloth dampened with water only. Do not use soap or chemicals on the cloth.

Yes, Sleepytroll is CE, FCC, RCM and ISED certified. Sleepytroll is extensively safety tested by TÜV, a global product testing company.

No. Sleepytroll is designed to mimic the movement of a parent rocking and will not void your stroller’s guarantee.

To restore battery to original performance, repeat several cycles of charging and discharging (run product at maximum effect on an empty pram until the batteries are flat).

The Sleepytroll Bouncer Adaptor fits most traditional baby bouncer
designs with round tubular surrounding frames (like the Babybjörn Bouncer).
